I have been anxiously counting down the days until opening day at Ona Speedway, one of my favorite local tracks.  The track has an incredible history, including some of the greats of NASCAR.  Saturday night, May 10th, if you’re looking for me, you better head to Ona Speedway.  I plan on getting some pictures and maybe some video that I’ll post.  If you’re anywhere near the Huntington/Ashland/Ironton Tri-state area, you really owe it to yourself to head over for one of the best values in motorsports.  At seven dollars for the grandstands and only twenty for the pits, it’s a great night at a great cost.  Plus, they have incredible concessions.  I always grab a funnel cake and a couple of dogs to munch on during the race.
